Kathy Hymes
Director
A graduate of Stanford Law School, Kathy is a member of the State Bar of California and a board member of San Francisco Performances. Previously she served on the boards of National Conference for Community and Justice, Battered Women’s Alternatives, Alameda County Barristers, and Family Service of the East Bay. She has a long history of school volunteer work on a range of projects, including Eighth Grade Moot Court Judge.

Donald Kintzer

Before establishing his own consulting practice, Don was a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC), an international accounting and consulting organization. Immediately prior to his retirement he was the Leader of PwC's Advisory practice for the Western United States and the San Francisco/Bay Area. Don serves on the West Coast Advisory Council for Lafayette College.

Wendy Nation
Treasurer
Raised in Oakland, Wendy has been in banking industry since 1982 and is currently employed by City National Bank. She has served as a volunteer tutor at Cox Elementary and also at Lincoln Elementary. Wendy also participates in Rebuilding Oakland, an organization that helps seniors with painting and fixing up their homes.

Randy Roth
President
Having served for thirteen years as Senior Pastor of First Covenant Church in Oakland, Randy left the pastorate to serve disadvantaged inner city children. In August 2001 he founded Faith Network of the
East Bay to build community support for urban public schools. His other community involvements include: Career Technology Education Advisory Committee (Oakland Unified School District), Salvation Army Oakland Metropolitan/Alameda County Advisory Board; Incentive Awards Program Scholarship Interview Team, UC Berkeley; Oakland Unified School District Career Technical Education Advisory Committee. Previously he served on the Board of Directors of Volunteer Center of Alameda County; as Chair, Metropolitan Youth Commission of the City of Portland/Multnomah County; and co-founded Peoplebank, a coalition of congregations serving neighbors in need (Portland, Oregon)

A new member of Faith Network board, Kathy brings with her a wealth of experience in the business, public service and nonprofit sectors. Examples include Chief Financial Officer of Dwyer & Assoc. Insurance Services, Inc.; Executive Assistant to Patricia Kernighan, Oakland Councilmember, District 2 and Executive Director, Oakland Youth Orchestra. Currently she serves as Executive Director of Harbor House Ministries, a nonprofit that reaches out to the San Antonio District of Oakland.
