Healthy Eating, Active Living, Working Together
by Charlotte Martinez, Health4Kids Program Director
Recently Kaiser Permanente Educational Theatre (KPET) performed Best Me for the children at Martin Luther King, Jr. Elementary. The show is a 45-minute theatrical performance featuring comedy, drama, music, and dance. Students sang, clapped and danced along with the actors as they learned to be "the best they can be". Through a fun-filled musical experience, students learned the importance of healthy eating, active living, and working together.
